I am so excited to attend my best friend’s wedding. In fact all is set clothes, shoes, hairstyle and hairdressers, outfit, make-up artist, and speech. Except for one thing–I am not sure if I would look great in a gown with belly fat and chubby areas…now you see my predicament.

It made me realize that I am not after weight loss per se…I want weight-control, longevity, more energy, discipline, system…I want to lose this weight for life…
